Privateer: A Diceless TTRPG

Privateer is a diceless space pirate TTRPG that has players captain their very own Starship as they travel across a faraway galaxy that's ripe for plundering. With four different factions fighting for control, there's plenty of work for the aspiring privateer and plenty of Starships to steal from.

How to Play

To play Privateer, all you need are a printout of the gamebook and a standard deck of playing cards. The playing cards are used for everything, including creating enemies, resolving conflicts, combat, negotiations, and even designing your very own Starship.

Developer's Notes

This game was originally created for Sufficient Velocity's 2025 Summerfest Diceless Dungeons RPG Contest. I'm open to updating it and fleshing it out, but my upcoming indie game Infinite Voyager is my highest priority.
